This website and its contents are owned by High Eden Estate Pty Ltd, trading as High Eden Estate. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to High Eden Estate. The term “you” or “your” refers to the viewer or user of this website. The use of this website is governed by the Terms of Use listed below. If you choose to access, view or interact with this website, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use may be changed from time to time. Last update was September 2024 and replaces all earlier High Eden Estate Pty Ltd terms and conditions contained in any document purporting to have contractual effect.

Section 1 - Legal Drinking Age

It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age in Australia. By entering and confirming payment details in our online store you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.

Section 2 - Pricing

Our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (GST) & Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) unless stated to be otherwise. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

We encourage trade partners, wine reviewers and media to use content from the High Eden Estate website in relation to the promotion of High Eden Estate wines, the Eden Valley & Barossa regions, South Australian & Australian wine and relevant varietal based communications, however ask that you respect the ownership and trademarks of images and material by contacting us at info@highedenestate.com.au for written approval.

Unless otherwise indicated, copyright pertaining to the information within this website is owned by High Eden Estate Pty Ltd. Section 7 - Payment, Shipping and Delivery

By registering your details to purchase wine online from www.highedenestate.com.au your pricing for freight and shipping will be calculated based on your delivery address and membership status. No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.

We accept Visa, MasterCard ……. and bank transfer. Credit card details are transmitted through a secure server using Stripe Eftpos. Card data is not kept after processing.

Orders are despatched regularly via Freight or Australia Post if delivery is to a PO Box, and shipping timeframes are estimated at between three to ten business days within Australia, depending on your location. If our nominated contractor does not deliver to a remote or specific location, we will advise you of the nearest possible delivery point. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

Wine is perishable and can be affected by extremes of temperature. At times, we will delay shipment of your wine during conditions temperature extremes, and avoid shipping in such conditions. However, the shipping of wine is trusted to third parties and at times exposure to temperature extremes may occur outside of our control. High Eden Estate is not responsible for wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.

Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. The recipient of the delivery must be 18 years of age or older. Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
