2024 Single Vineyard Eden Valley Riesling

$36.00

Single Vineyard, Handpicked, Limited Production

The High Eden sub-region of Eden Valley is a unique region characterised by its high altitude, schist soils, vast sunlight exposure and hillside aspect. Cool nights promote more delicate flavours and preserve natural acidity; making High Eden the ideal terroir for growing Riesling of exceptional quality and complexity.

Delicate floral aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle, complemented by vibrant citrus notes of lemon and brown lime. Bright, refreshing acidity accentuates the palate.

Reflective of its cool climate origins, this wine expresses the minerality of the vineyards terroir. An austere, yet elegant Riesling from an exceptional vintage.

1.5t of Riesling is handpicked and sorted in the vineyard, aiming for the purest expression of Eden Valley Riesling. Our winemaking approach is designed to capture the flavour of our Single Vineyard site with minimal winemaking influence.
